All Jordan Askill jewellery is crafted in Sydney, New York, and Thailand, using certified recycled 18-carat gold where possible, silver and precious gemstones.


DAILY CARE

Jordan Askill jewellery is designed to be worn every day with care. Please bear in mind that contact with heat, water, chemicals or abrasive surfaces may cause oxidation to affect the appearance or surface finish of your piece. Contact with hard surfaces may also cause marks or affect the shape of your item. We recommended removing your jewellery when bathing, cleaning and exercising.


STORAGE

We suggest storing your jewellery in the Jordan Askill branded pouch provided. Please keep away from direct sunlight and avoid humidity.


CLEANING

Clean your piece with a dry, soft cloth regularly to maintain its patina and surface integrity.


TO REJUVENATE

Professional cleaning, polishing, and rebuffing by a jeweller to remove surface marks and restore luster are available upon request. A quote and time-frame will be provided upon enquiry.


MATERIALS

Metals and Gems

Jordan Askill works with certified recycled 18K and 10K gold and certified recycled silver. Warm water and a detergent-free soap can be used to gently clean your metal and pieces at home. It is recommended that your metal and gem pieces be cleaned every 6 months to a year by a professional to retain its lustre and integrity.

Enamel

Enamel is a durable material applied as a decorative coating to metal surfaces. While it provides a vibrant and lasting finish, it can change in appearance or recede with wear over time. To maintain its look, avoid exposing enamel to harsh chemicals, excessive moisture, abrasive materials, or contact with hard surfaces.

Our enamel is hand-painted into a fine channel that has been etched out in the gold by our expert crafts people. Enamel is very fragile like fine glass and should be handled with extra care.
